General
All products remain as property of Karin O until full payment has been made.

Customers under the age of 18 years old will need their guardians approval to order from Karin O.
We reserve ourselves for any eventual fault in printing on the site. 
Due to the digital format of photographs and different screens we cannot grant that the pictured items are exactly reflecting the real product.
No attempts to deceit will be tolerated and will be reported to the police.
All prices include 25% swedish VAT.

Choose to pay with Credit Card or Paypal.

 

Customs

For customers outside EU: Any custom duties and import taxes are paid by the customer.

Delivery time
Ordered items will be shipped within 2-3 business days – unless something else is stated in the product's information text. Print on demand products will be shipped within 3 – 14 days.

Incorrect personal details may lead to delays in delivery, so please ensure that you have included full address details before placing your order.

Shipment
Shipping costs within Sweden are 49 SEK. Shipping fees on orders outside Sweden are based on weight and size. Shipping costs will be shown in the payment section at check out. We send with PostNord, UPS or DHL. Always leave your phone number at check out for the trecking of your order. 

Transport damages
If a package is damaged at arrival, you should report it immediately to the delivery company. If you have opened the package and detect a damage, please contact us.

Non collected deliveries 
A package will be kept at the delivery hub for 14 days. If not collected  and returned to us we will charge you 200 SEK within Sweden and 500 SEK outside Sweden due to the extra costs for us. 

Failed delivery
If you are not available at the address you stated when ordering, PostNord/DHL/UPS will try to reach you to deliver your items another day. If not given any response within 5 days the package will be returned to us. Shipment and handling of return will then be charged the costumer 20 EUR within Sweden and 50 EUR outside Sweden.

Payment refund
In case of a return we will refund your payment, deducted with the freight cost. Any payment costs related to the purchase will not be refunded. We will refund your payment to your Card or Paypal account as soon as we have recieved the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in original condition.
 

Force Majeure
If Karin O fails to comply with the agreement because of unusual adverse circumstances outside of its control due to force majeure such as strikes, civil unrest, war, natural catastrophes and other similar matters, Karin O cannot be held responsible.
