I'm that artist who's addicted to the vibrant hues of happiness, intrigued by quirky characters, and all about the wacky and humorous side of existence.

 

When it comes to my art, it's the world around me that fuels my creative fire. Life's events and the people I've encountered, witnessed, or even heard about inspire me deeply.

 

I'm captivated by the absurdities and playful quirks of our planet, constantly challenging conventional societal norms and gleefully swapping the high and low seats.

 

My art is the magic of turning the ordinary into the extraordinary, sprinkled with a dash of unconventional perspectives that dance through my creations.

 

I firmly believe that the creation of art serves as a marvelous conduit for evoking thoughts, conveying the spectrum of human emotions from comedy to tragedy, capturing beauty, and, not to be underestimated, spreading joy.

And what more delightful means exist to accomplish this than through the boundless array of intricate stitches, vibrant paint, and a kaleidoscope of colors!

 

Creative journey/education

My creative journey and art education started with a strong foundation in textile art/artistic embroidery.

 

Over time, I've ventured into the world of mixed media, passionately working with paper, photographs, vintage letters, found objects, stitches (of course) and more.

 

This transition has allowed me to explore new dimensions of creativity and expressiveness, blending various elements to craft unique and captivating art pieces that reflect my evolving artistic identity.
