Returns and Exchanges

KARIN O accepts returns and exchanges within 14 days of the delivery of your items for a full refund. Before you send anything back, please contact us at happyart@karin-o.com and let us know that the item is on it’s way. Please wait for a response so we can work out the best solution for the return.

Should there be any problems with your purchase – please let us know and let us figure out how to make you happy.

You are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in it’s original condition, you are responsible for any loss in value.
